Fluit Studio is a residential architecture practice based in Melbourne, founded on the belief that homes should feel comfortable to live in, use little energy, and support the health of the people inside them.

Fluit Studio is led by architect Diana Iezzi, a certified Passivhaus designer. The studio works across both Passivhaus and passive solar design principles, adapting the level of performance to suit the project, client priorities and construction budget. Considered material selection supports climate-responsive new homes, renovations and extensions across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

The practice collaborates closely with builders from early design through construction, prioritising clear documentation, practical detailing and realistic construction outcomes.
