I am Patrick John Parry, the founder of JP Sustainable Homes, a company built on my passion for sustainable building, exceptional craftsmanship, and innovative construction practices. Based in Denmark, Western Australia, I am committed to shaping the future of residential construction through responsible, forward-thinking practices, strong leadership, and a dedication to long-term environmental and business sustainability.
The name of my business is a tribute to my grandfather, John Patrick French, a bricklayer and skilled multi disciplined trades person, who was a proud member of the ancient Irish Bricklayers Guild before moving to Australia. It was his encouragement that led me to pursue my builder’s certificate, and his deep respect for his trade and the environment continues to inspire my approach to building today.
With over 15 years in the building and construction industry, I founded JP Sustainable Homes to focus on sustainable, high-performance residential projects. My company has consistently delivered exceptional outcomes by integrating innovative building technologies, prioritizing quality craftsmanship, and continuously pushing the boundaries of sustainable construction. We uphold the highest standards of workmanship in all our projects. I believe that building with precision and care ensures lasting quality while mitigating the environmental impact. Safety on site is a core value, and we ensure that all tradespeople on our projects adhere to rigorous safety standards, fostering a culture of responsibility and professionalism.
