Mid century 1950s house. Full internal renovation with high performance and a modern take on mid century living being the main focus. Blower door tested along side Anthony from Outlier Studio and a big focus on using strong passive solar that was available in the original home. The change has been undeniable with over a 75% reduction in operating bills.

Original home was asbestos cladding and no wrap what so ever. New home is extended to allow a new living space and kitchen. Complete insulation from floor to ceiling and cavity batten system to entire dwelling with Pro Clima WRB. Re clad, new decking and thermally broken windows throughout.
